This layout is based upon a painting I call "Colored in the Sky." I wanted something bright and colorful to go along with it. I'm not exactly happy with this layout 100%, but it shows some nice CSS style coding. It's the first time I've ever really bothered with border styles. I'm still learning CSS myself and it shows with my simple layouts. One of these days I'll become a pro.
